HALT & HASS Chamber Time Compressor® 4.0

This model is well suited for use during HASS testing during the production phase as it is designed to accommodate batches of product or large/heavy product loads. This HALT & HASS chamber includes a larger vibration table size of 48” x 48” (122cm x 122cm).

Air ducts for concentrated air flow are included. When paired with with efficient LN2 cooling the Time Compressor 2.0 can reduce power usage allowing for decreased operating costs.

  • Large dynamic range shaker with six actuators and 1 GRMS to 80 GRMS with a bare table. High GRMS levels are used to enhance precipitation while low GRMS levels, with Modulated Excitation™, help to increase detection.
  • A diaphragm is included to prevent vibration table temperature changes. It also provides better low-frequency vibration coupling than a bare table.


  • CSZ EZT-570s Touch Screen Controller with data logging, remote control & monitoring, email/text alarm notification messages, data file backup system, full system security and more. Includes pre-programmed test profiles for faster program implementation.
  • Factory preset mechanical over temperature limit. Separate user-adjustable electronic limits are also included for over and under temperature and vibration, providing fully redundant safety limits.
  • Safety relay connection is provided for customer use to protect the device being tested by turning off its power when the chamber is not running.


  • RS-232/485 serial communications and Ethernet control/monitoring offer a selection of communications options.
  • EZ-View works with EZT-570s controller to provide remote monitoring, control, data logging and store/graph measured temperature and vibration GRMS data. This software is provided as a no cost value added feature.


  • Double doors in the front and back of unit for easy loading and safety interlock switch to prevent the system from running with the door open.
  • A built-in working desk with the control system and one 24”W x 16”H (61cm x 41cm)heated window in the chamber wall above the desk to monitor the DUT and prevent frost build up.
  • Two 4” x 8” (10cm x 20cm) rectangular access ports are located on the left wall, immediately above the work table. A 2” x 6” (5cm x 15cm) access notch is located at approximately table height on both the front and back set of doors. All ports are provided with insulated covers.
